These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all services that are sold at www.jobbyen.dk (hereinafter referred to as "the homepage") of Jobbyen ApS (hereinafter referred to as "Jobbyen"), which the employer of this must purchase. The conditions are also applicable to data collection of worker and donor used solely to provide these users with a better service experience. In order to create an account, whether as a worker or a donor, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the Terms.
At Jobbyen it is possible to choose the free package "Jobbyen Gratis", where you as a company can upload a job advertisement for 30 days for free. There is also the possibility to buy one of the packages, ‘Jobbyen Pro’ or ‘Jobbyen Premium’, where you get access to many different features such as access to CV-bank, CV-match, chat or video interivewe job seekers valid for 30 days. In addition to these packages, there is the possibility of opting for additional services including Facebook, LinkedIN marketing, front page advertising or video production.
Ads that are uploaded on the Website will be placed in the relevant categories and geographical areas that Jobbyen believes will make the most sense for the individual job seeker. All ads must comply with applicable laws and regulations for job posting. Ads that violate applicable laws and regulations reserve Jobbyen the right to refuse or delete the ad. Jobbyen accepts no responsibility for displaying ads that violate applicable laws and regulations. Ads are placed online at the same time as they are uploaded and are online until the period of advertising expires - however, a maximum of 30 days from the date the ad is uploaded.
For the packages, Jobbyen Pro and Premium, there is an additional 60 day restitution guarantee if the first candidate is not found within the first 30 days so that the ad will be online for up to 90 days from the start date.
Jobbyen is entitled to publish advertisements in other media or distribute to third parties without prior permission from the customer.
All published ads store a copy of Jobbyen's advertising archive. Similarly, it applies to ads that have been made available through a link to the job advertisement on your / your company's website.
Robot scanning agreement is free for all companies including temp agencies and recruitment companies. The job ads appear on the Website for 21 days and are then automatically removed.
All prices on the Website are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are exclusive VAT to traders. When you want to make a purchase on the Website, you can choose to pay by credit card, Paypal, Mobilepay or bank transfer. When choosing a credit card, Paypal or Mobilepay, the amount will be deducted from your bank account the same day.
The website receives payment from Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. The job town pays the fee charged by the payment acquirer (those who provide credit card payment). The employer pays for himself any other fees that his own card issuer may also charge.
Jobbyen has the complete copyright to its services, including data collected and stored in the services. The job town is the data controller for the personal data that is collected and processed in connection with the services. You have the right to use Jobbyen's services to the extent and under the conditions agreed between the parties, including the right to access the relevant personal data. You are independently responsible for the personal data collected from the Jobbyen by you / your company. Jobbyen has the ownership of data in connection with the services and remains the independent data controller for the personal data.
As a customer, you have 14 days of right of withdrawal when you purchase a service or the contract is concluded. However, this requires that the purchased service has not been used. The purchased service is in use when the ad has been shown once for a user / worker and will therefore not be undone. Please contact Jobbyen as soon as possible right after your purchase, in order to make use of your right of withdrawal.
Jobbyen collects data about you, including your name, surname, address, city, postal code, country, birthday date, email, phone number, educational background and profile picture.
