Global HRIS Implementation Specialist
Falck Danmark
Falck is building one global people landscape, and we're looking for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and help bring it to life. Do you get energy from moving things forward? Are you curious about how HR processes, systems and data connect, and do you enjoy getting into the details? And would you like to build a career in HR technology while making a visible difference across a global organisation? Then you might be our next Global HRIS Implementation Specialist. About the job PeopleHub is Falck's global people platform, built on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and supporting the way we work with people processes across countries. As we continue the rollout, we are moving from multiple local ways of working towards a more consistent global setup, and every new country and every new capability brings us one step closer. As Global HRIS Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in our global HRIS initiatives, especially in bringing new countries onto PeopleHub. You will be hands-on throughout the journey, from the first requirements and configuration support to testing, go-live and the smooth handover into daily operations. Several workstreams run in parallel, the pace is high and progress is visible, so you will see the direct impact of your work on employees, managers and P&C colleagues across the organisation. You will join our Global P&C Project & Initiatives team, part of Global People & Culture, where we drive the projects that shape how colleagues across Falck experience work. In your daily work, you will collaborate very closely with colleagues across Global P&C, local P&C teams around the world and Digital Technology, as well as our vendors and implementation partners, making sure that what we build follows our global standards while respecting local legal and business requirements. Together with our Project Manager, Global HRIS Operations Lead, Global Process Owners and Change Management Lead, you form the core of the team that makes PeopleHub succeed. You bring the functional and system expertise that helps colleagues understand, embrace and get real value from the changes we introduce. How you'll create impact Bringing new countries on board You help local P&C teams, Digital Technology and our vendors capture local P&C, legal and business requirements, and you map them against our global process standard. In this way, you help each new country join PeopleHub on solid ground. Making sure it works You prepare and run test scenarios, from system integration to user acceptance testing. When something does not work as expected, you log it, follow it up and keep at it until it is resolved. Taking care of our data You support data migration by validating, cleansing and reconciling data, so that colleagues can trust the information in PeopleHub from day one. Making go-live a success You contribute to go-live preparations, cutover activities and hypercare, helping each country move into PeopleHub with confidence. Helping people embrace new ways of working In close collaboration with our Change Management Lead, you create training materials, user guides and system documentation that help colleagues across the world feel confident using PeopleHub. Keeping things on track You keep a close eye on tasks, dependencies and KPIs and contribute to status reporting, so everyone knows where we stand. When a project closes, you help ensure that documentation and support models are in place for a smooth handover to Global and Regional P&C Operations. What you will gain This is a role where you will grow. You will build in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with the opportunity to obtain Oracle certification, giving you a strong foundation for a long-term career in HR technology. Along the way, you will learn from experienced colleagues, take part in a global transformation, and see your work make a real difference for people across Falck. About you We welcome candidates with different backgrounds. You may be an HRIS professional with hands-on experience from working with HR systems, for example as an HRIS analyst, system administrator, super user or consultant, who now wants to be part of global implementations. Or you may come from HR, for example HR operations, HR administration, payroll or recruitment, and have discovered that the system and data side of your work is what you enjoy most. Whatever your path, you genuinely want to work with HR technology and implementations. You understand how HR works in practice and how processes affect employees, managers and HR colleagues. You have a technical nose, you are curious about how systems, data and processes connect, and you are comfortable working with data and Excel. You thrive in project mode and get energy from pace, momentum and many moving parts. You have a can-do attitude and the courage to take on new challenges. You lean in, roll up your sleeves and find a way forward. You take ownership, keep things moving and deliver on your commitments, while staying structured and keeping a close eye on the details. You are a team player who enjoys working across cultures and functions, and you know when to raise your hand because a decision or support is needed. You can explain system topics in clear, simple language, so that non-technical colleagues feel confident and included. Your background may be in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field, but what truly matters is your drive and the right mindset, and equivalent professional experience is just as valuable to us. You bring Experience from HR, HRIS or HR technology Experience working with HR systems, for example as a super user, administrator or in a similar role An understanding of core P&C processes, such as Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation and Talent Management, and how technology supports them Comfort working with data and Excel Proficient English, spoken and written Participation in an HRIS implementation or system project Experience with an HRIS platform, such as Oracle HCM, Workday or SuccessFactors. Oracle experience is not a requirement, as you will build it with us Experience from a global, multi-country environment
What success looks like after your first year After a year in the role, you have helped bring new countries onto PeopleHub and been an active part of making each go-live a success.
