Consumer Analytics & Reporting Mgr.
Novo Nordisk
Your impact begins here As Consumer Analytics & Reporting Manager, you will turn large, complex consumer data into dashboards, reports and analysis that Consumer Care and regional teams can trust and act on. You will build the reporting engine behind consumer campaigns across digital media, NovoCare, WegovyCare and other DtP channels, with consistent KPIs and validated data. Your work helps teams see what drives results, optimise faster and engage people living with serious chronic diseases in more relevant ways.
What you’ll bring A Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, marketing, business or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Relevant experience in consumer or marketing analytics. Experience delivering technical projects, including estimating development, managing dependencies, reviewing deliverables, and driving rollout and adoption. Experience with recurring performance reporting across diverse data sources. The ability to assess data quality and measurement limitations, distinguish correlation from causation and turn findings into testable recommendations. Good change management skills, including driving adoption of new tools, workflows and capabilities across diverse teams. An understanding of privacy, consent and promotional review considerations when using consumer engagement data. A structured, curious and commercially minded approach, with the ability to explain evidence, uncertainty and actions in plain language. A collaborative, influential and organised way of working, balancing recurring reporting with deeper analysis and following through on agreed actions.
Useful, but not essential: Intermediate Power BI development experience, including basic DAX, Power Query, SQL and data modelling. Experience in FMCG. Experience with brand tracking and social listening.
What you’ll do You will be the hands-on link between consumer strategy and the data that shows whether it is working. For some projects you will build and model the data yourself; for others you will lead the collaboration with platform teams to get the right data in place. Partner with Consumer Care and regional teams to understand what success looks like for consumer engagement, and turn it into practical analytics and reporting. Build, maintain and improve consumer analytics solutions, such as dashboards or agents, and act as the Consumer Care super user. Establish a reliable reporting engine with unified KPI and metric definitions, clean and documented data, and recurring business reports covering journeys and campaigns across digital media, NovoCare, WegovyCare, partner sites and other DtP channels. Agree campaign objectives, KPIs, benchmarks and reporting cadence with campaign owners at activation, and specify data, tagging and tracking requirements with platform and data owners. Validate results, investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot issues and manage access, so reports truthfully display results. Track brand health and social conversation, assess what drives results across audiences, messages and touchpoints, and lead insight review sessions that turn findings into campaign optimisation and prioritised actions.
Who you’ll work with You will join Consumer Care, Content & Media in International Operations, reporting to Alejandra Betancourt, Content Associate Vice President. In International Operations, colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale. Your closest partners will be the Consumer Care team and global and regional consumer teams, who you will help turn strategy into measurement plans and reporting. You will also work with Enterprise AI, platform and data owners, and the teams responsible for our CDP data foundation to enable data access, pipelines and tracking. Stakeholder feedback will help shape the priorities and roadmap of the Engagement Intelligence team. Your scope is global, primarily excluding the US and China, with reporting and insight support for relevant regions and affiliates. You will adapt analyses to local channel availability, market context and applicable requirements, always in alignment with regional representatives.
What you can expect here You will work in an international environment where your expertise is valued and your voice is heard. You will be trusted to take ownership of the quality and reliability of consumer analytics, supported by colleagues across Consumer Care, regional teams, Enterprise AI and platform teams. Working across functions and markets gives you the opportunity to build new skills, broaden your perspective and see your work adopted by teams who rely on it.
