The Academy was created to encourage more women to explore finance. Women are still underrepresented in several parts of the sector, and by opening our doors, sharing knowledge and providing access to role models, we want to make finance feel more accessible to a broader range of students. You do not need previous experience in banking or finance. You also do not need to know whether finance is the right career path for you yet. The Academy is a place to explore the sector from within and discover what captures your interest. We are looking for students who: Are curious about finance, business, markets or risk
