Process Supporter
Novo Nordisk
Your impact begins here As Process Supporter, you will help keep the warehouse for our tablet production running reliably, ensuring stable processes and a high level of quality in our warehouse operations. You will handle deviations and change requests (CR), strengthen processes and make sure solutions work in practice on the shop floor. As the production areas we support grow, your work helps the warehouse deliver more than before and keeps supply moving for people who rely on our treatments.
What you’ll bring We are looking for a candidate with: A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience within production or the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of GMP and a quality-minded way of working. Fluency in English. The ability to work independently with support and to be trusted to own your tasks, follow up on agreements and complete work on time. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build trust with operators, team leaders and colleagues from different disciplines. The ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment, communicate status and risks clearly, and escalate in good time. Curiosity and a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change.
Useful, but not essential: Experience with warehousing, logistics, QC, production or supply chain processes, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment. Experience handling deviations, change requests and SOPs, or knowledge of cLEAN/Lean and quality management. Experience with validation and qualification. Experience with SAP, PAS-X, WMS or comparable systems, and with data tools such as Excel.
We are open to different levels of experience. If you have the right foundations and a strong wish to learn, we can train the rest.
What you’ll do You will support daily warehouse operations and make sure our processes run reliably. You will solve problems, handle deviations, drive change requests and update work instructions so they reflect how the work is done.
You will also: Prepare for, take part in and present during audits and inspections. Improve processes and ways of working, using data to find where the warehouse can optimise and deliver more. Help future-proof capacity and flow as the production areas we support continue to grow. Share status, risks and learnings clearly, across the organisation and on the shop floor.
Who you’ll work with You will join Tablet Finished Products (TFP), Manufacturing Area A (MAA), Production Business Support (PBS), Warehouse Support team in Måløv, a team of 10 colleagues: 7 Process Supporters and 3 IT Supporters. The team supports production areas that are experiencing significant growth, including tablet production.
Your closest partners will be operators and team leaders in the warehouse, as well as colleagues in bulk and packaging production, QC, QA, Engineering and Business Support. Together you will keep processes compliant, decisions clear and improvements moving.
This is an on-site role in Måløv. You will be visible on the shop floor, and as a general rule, working from home will not be possible.
What you can expect here You will join skilled colleagues in a strong professional environment, with real ownership from the start. We trust you to take responsibility, and we support you with the training and feedback you need to grow in the role.
The warehouse is essential to our success, and the work gives you a chance to uphold quality standards in a setting where they make a daily difference. You will be encouraged to share your perspective, learn new skills and contribute to the team’s results and knowledge sharing.
