As Vice President, Global Key Accounts, you will shape how Danfoss Drives grows and strengthens some of our most important global customer partnerships. You will lead a strategic portfolio representing a significant share of the business, with responsibility for profitable growth, deeper customer relationships, and increased share of wallet.

Working closely with Divisions and the Technology Strategy function, you will connect customer priorities with our portfolio and technology direction. You will lead Global Key Account Managers and a dedicated support organization, bringing teams together across regions and functions to turn strategy into customer and business value.

This role is ideally located in the NAM region, with consideration also given to EU-based candidates who can accommodate global core working hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

Shape and lead our Global Key Account portfolio strategy, including account priorities, investment choices and multi-year growth ambitions. You will grow existing strategic partnerships while identifying and assessing international accounts with the potential to become new Global Key Accounts, continuously strengthening the portfolio and creating new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with Divisions and the Technology Strategy function to align customer opportunities with our portfolio and technology direction.

Own commercial performance across the portfolio, including revenue, profitability, margins, share of wallet, win rates and customer satisfaction. You will lead major negotiations, pricing decisions and global agreements while balancing customer value, risk and long-term growth.

Lead and develop a global team of Global Key Account Managers and dedicated specialists across customer support, pricing, application engineering and related services, building strong capabilities in strategic selling, negotiation and executive engagement.

Build trusted executive customer relationships and lead strategic business reviews and critical customer engagements. You will bring the right commercial, technology, operations, supply chain, finance, legal and leadership stakeholders together to deliver for customers.

Turn customer insight into future growth, shaping portfolio, technology, services and business models while ensuring strong pipelines, reliable forecasts and disciplined execution across global and regional teams.

What We're Looking For

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, combined with extensive international B2B sales, Global Key Account or commercial leadership experience and a track record of profitable growth.

You bring deep commercial expertise in strategic negotiations, pricing, global agreements and value creation, together with strong commercial and financial judgment.

You understand industrial systems, automation and complex global customer environments, including working with OEMs and end users.

You are an experienced global people and business leader who can set clear direction, develop senior talent and influence effectively across functions, regions and cultures.

You communicate confidently at an executive level in English and are comfortable working internationally. Additional language skills are an advantage. The position involves significant international travel.
