Team Leader, Evening Shift - Fruit & Vegetables Salling Group, Terminal Holme

Your role – leading people and delivering results As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our evening shift, working closely with the Department Manager and your fellow leaders.

Our evening shift operates from 12:00 to 20:00, and you will play a key role in ensuring that our colleagues have the right conditions to succeed and that our stores receive their deliveries on time.

Your main responsibilities will include: Lead and develop your team: Create direction, communicate expectations, provide feedback and support the development of colleagues and future leaders. Ensure strong daily operations: Plan staffing and resources, coordinate priorities and maintain an efficient operation with a high level of delivery accuracy. Drive continuous improvement: Challenge existing routines, involve colleagues in finding better solutions and use KPIs and LEAN principles to improve performance. Take ownership of safety and well-being: Create a working environment where everyone is treated with respect, safety comes first and challenges are addressed rather than ignored. Follow up and take action: Conduct daily team meetings, follow up on productivity, absence and performance, and ensure that decisions turn into action. You will report to the Department Manager and become part of the Team Leader group at Terminal Holme.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference – both for the business and for the people they lead. You are comfortable making decisions, including the difficult ones, and you understand that being a good leader sometimes means having honest conversations.

We imagine that you: Have experience from warehouse operations, logistics or a similar operational environment. Have leadership experience or have demonstrated a strong ability to lead and develop others. Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Danish. Are structured, solution-oriented and able to maintain an overview when priorities change. Take responsibility, follow through on commitments and lead by example.

Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in people. You listen, involve your colleagues and are willing to challenge them when needed. We do not expect you to have all the answers. We do expect you to take ownership, be curious and have the courage to act.
