POSITION
Project Manager
Your impact begins here As Project Manager in Production Support Aseptic Manufacturing, you will take ownership of a portfolio of production projects in Hillerød that needs more hands. You will drive IT, equipment and validation projects from start to finish, helping new products reach production, processes run better and compliance stay strong. This is a 12-month parental leave cover, with real responsibility from the start. Your work helps the site supply people living with serious chronic diseases. What you’ll bring As a Project Manager in our Production Support Aseptic Manufacturing department, you will independently drive projects throughout their entire lifecycle within a production environment that is scaling rapidly to meet growing global demand. The portfolio is expanding, the challenges are complex, and the impact is real. A master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or another relevant field. Around 4–5 years of professional experience. Evidence of strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership and governance. Structure and ownership: you plan carefully, work to defined processes and timelines, and follow through on what you commit to. The ability to use PowerPoint and Excel to present project timelines, build scenarios and support stakeholder decisions. Professional proficiency in English. Useful, but not essential: Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar coordinating role. Experience from a GMP-regulated environment, including aseptic or finished production. Experience with IT-related projects. What you’ll do You will keep a busy production project portfolio moving, so the people who run the site can focus on supplying treatments. Drive projects independently through their full lifecycle, from initiation to completion, in an aseptic and finished production environment. Plan, run and follow up on scope, schedule, resources, cost, quality and risk. Lead projects across IT, equipment and validation, driven by new product introductions, optimisation and compliance requirements. Present timelines and scenarios clearly, so stakeholders can make timely decisions. Stay in close dialogue with line of business, site management at all levels and external vendors to keep everyone aligned. Who you’ll work with You will join the Project Management Office (PMO) in Production Support Aseptic Manufacturing, part of Drug Product Manufacturing within Global Manufacturing & Supply. The PMO is a team of more than 40 Project Managers running small to large projects across the Hillerød site. These cover aseptic production (formulation, filling and inspection), finished production (assembly and packaging), IT, material handling systems and building facilities. You will work every day with line of business, site management and external vendors. Global Manufacturing & Supply spans the value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo products, and your projects are part of how the site scales to reach more people. You will cover for a colleague on leave, so you will work closely with your PMO colleagues to pick up the portfolio and keep projects on track. What you can expect here You will be trusted to take ownership and make your voice heard. Your projects will be varied, so you will build new skills across IT, equipment and validation, and learn alongside experienced colleagues in the PMO. We value clear expectations, honest feedback and results, so you will know what good looks like and be recognised for delivering it. The role is a 12-month temporary position, based in Hillerød, Denmark.
