What you’ll do As Director for CMC AET, you will lead a multi-disciplinary area consisting of five operational analytical teams, one IT team, and one Technology Engineering team. You will ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient operations through strong leadership, clear prioritization, robust resource planning, and close collaboration with key stakeholders. At the same time, you will define and execute the strategic roadmap for analytical execution, digital capabilities, and technology innovation, ensuring scalable solutions and future-ready capabilities that support an expanding portfolio and increasing business complexity.
Your key responsibilities will be:

Drive performance and execution excellence: ensure reliable, compliant, and timely analytical delivery through strong operational leadership, clear accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. Set strategic direction: define and drive the long-term strategy for analytical execution, validation, release readiness, and technology enablement, balancing business priorities, future capability needs, and regulatory expectations.
